DelegateDiscovery

Struct DelegateDiscovery

Source
pub struct DelegateDiscovery { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Top-level discovery coordinator. Holds the fingerprint table and probe budget; one instance can be reused across SIGHUP refreshes.

Implementations§

Source§

impl DelegateDiscovery

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Default: scan $PATH, use the built-in fingerprints, 500ms probe budget per binary.

Source

pub fn with_scanner(self, scanner: PathScanner) -> Self

Source

pub fn with_fingerprints(self, fps: Vec<AgentFingerprint>) -> Self

Source

pub fn with_probe_timeout(self, d: Duration) -> Self

Source

pub fn fingerprints(&self) -> &[AgentFingerprint]

Source

pub async fn discover(&self) -> Vec<DiscoveredBinary>

Run the discovery pass. Returns one entry per fingerprint whose binary was found on $PATH — fingerprints with no hit are omitted (callers treat absence as “not installed”). Unavailable entries are included so the operator can see “installed but broken” in doctor reports.
