§Agent Delegation
Brain hands off subtasks to specialist agents — any CLI binary or HTTP-driven agent — through a single generic trait. The orchestrator only knows the trait; implementations live here.
Core types:
AgentDelegate— the trait every specialist agent implementsAgentTask/AgentResult— request/response envelopeAgentRegistry— looks up delegates by name, with aliasingSubprocessAgentDelegate— generic subprocess-backed adapter

Modules§
- discovery
- Agent auto-discovery — scan
$PATHfor known CLI agents and probe their versions in parallel, so the registry can populate itself without user configuration. - escalate
- Escalation — turn a delegate failure into a typed decision the orchestrator can act on (retry once, try a fallback agent, escalate to the human).
- registry
- AgentRegistry — the orchestrator’s lookup table for delegates.
- subprocess
- Generic subprocess-backed agent delegate.
- traits
- Core trait + envelope types for agent delegation.
