TXN_BEGIN (0x0040). The client mints the txn_id; the server binds the transaction to it for the duration of the session.

Effective identity every write buffered in this transaction commits as. Delegation is fixed at begin and applies to the whole txn; TXN_COMMIT carries no act_as of its own. None (omitted on the wire) means the txn commits as the connection’s own key-bound identity.
