RECALL scope selector. Space (default) serves the caller’s single (namespace, space) on its shard; Namespace spans every space in the caller’s namespace via the server’s cross-shard fan-out + global merge, and never crosses namespaces. Mirrors the server’s RecallScopeWire.

Encoded as the variant name string ("Space" / "Namespace"), matching the server. The RecallRequest::scope field is always present on the wire, exactly as the server serializes it — a plain recall carries "Space".
