ENTITY_RESOLVE (0x0136). Resolves a candidate name to an existing entity (and optionally creates one). The server currently requires entity_type_hint != 0 and resolves by exact canonical name (tier 1).

0 = no hint; otherwise an entity type id.

allow_create: bool

request_id: WireUuid

act_as: Option<ActAs>

Effective identity this resolve runs as. None (omitted on the wire) means the op runs as the connection’s own key-bound identity. Honored only when the connection principal holds the ACT_AS grant and the target namespace is in its may_act allowlist.
