Re-exported so a consumer holding evidence does not also depend on boundgraph-core just for the types it is made of. Identifies the key a signature was made with.

Recorded so a verifier knows which public key to check against. Whether keys are per-host, per-run, or held in an external KMS is unresolved, so this is an opaque identifier rather than an embedded key.
