An ed25519 public key, as bytes.

Deliberately a plain 32-byte value rather than a re-exported curve type: a key ring, a ledger, and a config file all want to carry one, and none of them should have to name this crate’s ed25519 implementation to do it. Point validity is checked at verify time, where the error can be reported, rather than at construction where it would only panic.
