One judge’s effective length and the session-end budget it sets (module doc).

Fields

model: String

The judge’s label (runner.rs Choice::label).

chars: usize

The budget: a session-end batch’s prompt characters at most.

start: bool

Whether it is still the start (END_START_BUDGET): no decided step moved it.

line: Option<f64>

The line a step’s lower bound must reach (HOLD × the reference’s share); None without a reference.

steps: Vec<Step>

The steps with evidence, smallest first, and the explored step when it has none yet.

explore: Option<usize>

The step above the budget a share of passes explores (its edge).

psi: f64

The chance a session-end pass explores it: EXPLORE_SHARE while it is open, FAILED_EXPLORE_SHARE once it failed (0 when none is explored).
