Its lesson was shown to its session before its check, or was waiting in its queue from another check (the record’s nofree; module doc: what a session had): in no delivery tally (counted), though a question of it may still be delivered and judged.

nofree: bool

Its check could not hand it over free: in the record’s nofree, the had its decision read (select.rs Ctx::had), so the gate’s ledger and the monitor value the check against the fixed rule it was decided against (select/policy.rs ledger, monitor). Never the log’s view, which had adds and the decision may not have seen.

pending: u16

The session’s delivered applies still waiting for a verdict when its check ran.
