Variants

Fixed

BORG_SELECT=fixed whatever else is set: the fixed rule (module doc), the way back from the default.

Cap(usize)

BORG_STOP_ASK_CAP=N: a block asks only the first N 3s (conscience.rs ask_cap).

Attention

BORG_STOP_ATTENTION=on: attention.rs’s conformal cut on the model’s rank.

Learned

The default, no switch set: the learned policy (select/policy.rs), since P0–P4 passed under Rules v2.
