Expired(usize)

It rewrote the log as this many bytes, and every line it removed was past the TTL (expired) or had no stamp, as bound drops them whatever else the log holds: nothing a reader of the log’s talk uses.

Cut

It rewrote the log and removed a line a reader may still use (a cut by MEMBER_BYTES).
