Expand description

A check’s decision: a route per unit, each unit’s chance of being asked (p) and handed over free (pf), what set the routes (source: FIXED, SIZE, GATE, EVIDENCE, EXPERIMENT, EXPERIMENT_CONTROL), the quality the gate may still risk after the ledger’s past (Gate), at its DELTA quantile, and how much of it this decision takes (risk: how far its routes lower that quantile, 0 for the fixed rule’s). The gate admits a deviation exactly when risk ≤ gate, which borg debug select P3 checks. A check the randomised question-count test considered (sources EXPERIMENT, EXPERIMENT_CONTROL, and GATE when the gate refused its draw) carries xk, the fixed rule’s delivered non-3 lessons that may go free, and xs, the drawn number of them to ask (on GATE the draw the gate refused: the routes are the fixed rule’s); both None on every other check (outcome.rs xk, xs).
