Struct ProgressOutputFile

A single output file attached to an IterationCompleted event when progressive output is enabled. Lets consumers write files to disk immediately instead of waiting for the full pipeline.

The data field is #[serde(skip)] so WASM JSON serialization doesn’t try to serialize multi-GB video files.
