SparseDataHeader
Stores the information in terms of total cells, total genes, number of chunks in terms of cells and genes and the offset vectors
Fields§
§total_cells: usizeTotal number of cells in the experiment.
total_genes: usizeTotal number of genes in the experiemnt.
cell_based: boolIs the file written in a way for fast cell data retrieval (set to true) or for fast gene retrieval (set to false)
no_chunks: usizeNumber of chunks in this file storing either the cell or gene data
chunk_offsets: Vec<u64>Offset vector for reading in the data
index_map: FxHashMap<usize, usize>FxHashMap with the original index -> chunk info
