pub enum ConsensusTarget {
HRows,
WColumns,
}Expand description
Which factor the consensus clustering operates on.
Variants§
HRows
Rows of the per-run H matrices stacked vertically, L2-normalised. These
are the programs over features (the spectra), and what cNMF clusters. H
rows carry the magnitudes out of super::nmf_hals, so normalisation
is required rather than cosmetic.
WColumns
Columns of w_all. Already unit L2 by construction, but these are
sample-side activity patterns rather than the interpretable programs.
The clustering then runs in sample space, which is cheap for bulk and
expensive on the single-cell path, where that is the cell count.
