Representation of the alignment that saves the original addresses of the bytes. This has some space overhead, but alignment is slow enough for that not to matter in most cases.

Address of the byte in the first file

xbyte: Option<u8>

The byte in the first file, or None if there is a gap

yaddr: usize

Address of the byte in the second file

ybyte: Option<u8>

The byte in the second file, or None if there is a gap
