Configuration parameters controlling solvent placement and ionization.
Fields§
§margin: f64Margin (Å) added in every direction around the solute before packing solvent.
water_spacing: f64Distance (Å) between candidate water grid points.
vdw_cutoff: f64Minimum separation (Å) between new waters and existing heavy atoms.
remove_existing: boolWhether to remove pre-existing solvent/ions before generating the new box.
cations: Vec<Cation>Cation species available for ionic substitution.
anions: Vec<Anion>Anion species available for ionic substitution.
target_charge: i32Target total charge after solvating (solute + ions + water).
rng_seed: Option<u64>Optional RNG seed for deterministic solvent orientation.
