A function’s 1-based, inclusive line span at the target ref, as taken from the AST FuncSpace. A newtype rather than a bare (u32, u32) so the inclusive-range contract is explicit at every call site.

Build a span from 1-based inclusive start/end lines. An inverted range (end < start) is normalised to an empty span at start, so a degenerate AST node cannot blame a negative width.
