}Expand description
An asynchronous CLI helper that prints a device-derived address.
Returned futures need not be Send.
Required Methods§
Sourcefn get_address<'life0, 'async_trait>(
&'life0 self,
target: AddressTarget,
) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<()>> + 'async_trait>>where
Self: 'async_trait,
'life0: 'async_trait,
fn get_address<'life0, 'async_trait>(
&'life0 self,
target: AddressTarget,
) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<()>> + 'async_trait>>where
Self: 'async_trait,
'life0: 'async_trait,
Retrieves an address and prints it to stdout.
The DeviceManager implementation selects a device, may warn on stderr,
and produces no address output if none is found. Returns selection,
parsing, context, or device errors rather than an address value.
Dyn Compatibility§
This trait is dyn compatible.
In older versions of Rust, dyn compatibility was called "object safety".
