Struct bevy::ecs::system::NonSendMut
[−]pub struct NonSendMut<'a, T> where
T: 'static, { /* private fields */ }
Expand description
Unique borrow of a non-Send
resource.
Only Send
resources may be accessed with the ResMut
SystemParam
. In case that the
resource does not implement Send
, this SystemParam
wrapper can be used. This will instruct
the scheduler to instead run the system on the main thread so that it doesn’t send the resource
over to another thread.
Panics
Panics when used as a SystemParameter
if the resource does not exist.
Use Option<NonSendMut<T>>
instead if the resource might not always exist.
Implementations
impl<'a, T> NonSendMut<'a, T>
impl<'a, T> NonSendMut<'a, T>
pub fn into_inner(self) -> &'a mut T
pub fn into_inner(self) -> &'a mut T
Consume self
and return a mutable reference to the
contained value while marking self
as “changed”.

impl<'a, T> Deref for NonSendMut<'a, T>
type Target = T
type Target = T
The resulting type after dereferencing.
fn deref(&self) -> &<NonSendMut<'a, T> as Deref>::Target
fn deref(&self) -> &<NonSendMut<'a, T> as Deref>::Target
Dereferences the value.
impl<'a, T> DerefMut for NonSendMut<'a, T>
impl<'a, T> DerefMut for NonSendMut<'a, T>
fn deref_mut(&mut self) -> &mut <NonSendMut<'a, T> as Deref>::Target
fn deref_mut(&mut self) -> &mut <NonSendMut<'a, T> as Deref>::Target
Mutably dereferences the value.
impl<'a, T> DetectChanges for NonSendMut<'a, T>
impl<'a, T> DetectChanges for NonSendMut<'a, T>
fn is_changed(&self) -> bool
fn is_changed(&self) -> bool
Returns true
if this value was added or mutably dereferenced after the system last ran.
fn set_changed(&mut self)
fn set_changed(&mut self)
Flags this value as having been changed. Read more
fn last_changed(&self) -> u32
fn last_changed(&self) -> u32
Returns the change tick recording the previous time this component (or resource) was changed. Read more

T: Resource,
fn from(other: NonSendMut<'a, T>) -> Mut<'a, T>
fn from(other: NonSendMut<'a, T>) -> Mut<'a, T>
Convert this NonSendMut
into a Mut
. This allows keeping the change-detection feature of Mut
while losing the specificity of NonSendMut
.
impl<'a, T> From<NonSendMut<'a, T>> for NonSend<'a, T>

fn from(nsm: NonSendMut<'a, T>) -> NonSend<'a, T>
fn from(nsm: NonSendMut<'a, T>) -> NonSend<'a, T>
Converts to this type from the input type.
