#[non_exhaustive] for the reason RunError is, and added in the same release as the variant that made the point: this enum was the last public error type here a caller could match exhaustively, so every new way discovery can fail broke that match. ContextFileNameNotBare is the last variant addition that costs a downstream crate a compile.
