Broker readiness: a non-secret operational summary.

Returned by Client::readiness. Never carries key names, key material, or the catalog inventory: only counts, a coarse reason, and the active generation id.

Fields

ready: bool

Whether the broker can serve (serving would not fail closed for any key).

reason: ReadinessReason

The dominant reason readiness was decided.

generation: u64

The currently serving policy/catalog generation id (bumped on hot reload).

keys_total: u32

Total number of catalog keys probed.

keys_present: u32

Keys whose material is present in its backend.

keys_required_missing: u32

Absent missing=error keys (ops fail closed; non-zero ⇒ not ready).

keys_optional_missing: u32

Absent warn/generate keys (reported, do not block readiness).
