Account signing key id.

user_nkey: String

User public NKey.

name: String

User name.

ttl_secs: Option<u64>

TTL in whole seconds.

issuer_account: Option<String>

Owning account identity, populated when account_key_id is a signing key rather than the account identity itself. Becomes the minted user JWT’s nats.issuer_account claim.
