The literal header bytes used as AAD (base64-nopad). The opener feeds these straight to the AEAD and never re-serializes the header.

One entry per unlock method.

payload: SealedPayload

The sealed cred map.

deposits: Vec<DepositRecord>

Append-only credential deposits outside the payload AEAD.
