Notes

• Self is only used as the MarketEvent<DataKind> Output when combining several Streams<SubKind::Event> using the MultiStreamBuilder<Output>.
• Self is purposefully not supported in any Subscriptions directly, it is only used to make ergonomic Streams containing many MarketEvent<T> kinds.
