Struct Map 

pub struct Map<T>(pub FnvHashMap<SubscriptionId, T>);

New typeHashMap that maps a SubscriptionId to some associated type T.

Used by ExchangeTransformers to identify the Barter MarketDataInstrument associated with incoming exchange messages.
