How CUTLASS schedules tiles across the grouped problem set.
v0 ships only GroupedScheduleMode::DeviceOnly. CUTLASS also offers
a HostPrecompute mode that pre-walks the schedule on the host and
uploads it; we’ll add it later if profiling justifies the API surface.
