Expand description

A live native owner’s once-only Agent execution entry, never persisted or reconstructed from Actor/Session timestamps. It proves no heartbeat or progress. Engine owns this physical fact; Orchestration decides its meaning. Server adapters only join it to current Ticket/Host authority. Stop, shutdown and restart provide no live sample and cannot recover execution permission.
