Expand description

Result of a logical parent→child delivery.

Every variant means the envelope is already durable. ActivationPending has a durable eligibility watermark and restart recovery can retry it. ActivationAuthorizationPending has no such watermark, so the same operation must be retried and may not be reported as restart-recoverable.
