A role pinned to a remote resident worker (remote-actor-plan §3.4 / P1.5, #193), resolved at runner-build time from SubagentsConfig.remote_placements: the env-named broker bearer is already READ into token here (the raw token never rides the config), and ca_cert_file pins the broker’s TLS cert.
