pub enum AdjustmentUnit {
Mil,
Moa,
Smoa,
Iphy,
Clicks,
}Expand description
Printed adjustment unit for dial columns (MIL/MOA/SMOA/IPHY or whole clicks).
Every variant also deserializes from the UPPERCASE spelling adjustment_unit_label
prints for it (MBA-1519). A card response’s units.elevation_adjustment and
units.windage_adjustment read "MIL"/"MOA"/"SMOA"/"IPHY"/"CLICKS", and a caller
that writes a card’s own units block back into the next request is doing the obvious
thing; before these aliases those two fields were the only ones in that block that came
back as unknown variant `MIL` . Accepting a second spelling is additive on every
surface that deserializes this enum (the card request’s adjustment_unit/windage_unit
and truing’s unit), and what the enum PRINTS is unchanged — Serialize still emits the
lowercase name, so no stored document or response byte moves.
Variants§
Mil
Milliradians (1 MIL = 3.6 inches at 100 yards)
Moa
Minutes of Angle, true MOA (1 MOA = 1.047 inches at 100 yards)
Smoa
Shooter’s MOA (exactly 1 inch per 100 yards)
Iphy
Inches per hundred yards (numerically identical to SMOA)
Clicks
Whole turret clicks; requires an elevation click graduation (–elevation-click-value or the profile’s elevation_click)
