Expand description

ConfirmedEventNotification / UnconfirmedEventNotification request parameters.

The same members, from the process identifier through the event values, make up the notification an Event Log record holds.

Fields§

§process_identifier: u32

Process identifier of the notification recipient.

§initiating_device_identifier: ObjectIdentifier

Device that generated the event.

§event_object_identifier: ObjectIdentifier

Object that triggered the event.

§timestamp: BACnetTimeStamp

Timestamp of the event transition.

§notification_class: u32

Notification class for routing.

§priority: u8

Priority (0-255).

§event_type: EventType

Event algorithm that produced the notification.

§message_text: Option<String>

Optional message text ([7]).

§notify_type: NotifyType

Whether this is an alarm, an event, or an acknowledgment notification.

§ack_required: bool

Whether the recipient must acknowledge.

§from_state: EventState

Event state before this transition. Not encoded for ACK_NOTIFICATION; decode sets NORMAL when the field is absent.

§to_state: EventState

Event state after this transition.

§event_values: Option<NotificationParameters>

Optional event values (tag [12]).
