BACnet Engineering Units enumeration

Represents all engineering units defined in the BACnet standard (ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 135-2024). Values 0-255 and 47808-49999 are reserved for definition by ASHRAE. Values 256-47807 and 50000-65535 may be used by others and are represented by the Custom(EngineeringUnitsValue) variant.
