Variants

Starting

Its first read hasn’t finished.

Live

Subscribed, or the last poll answered.

Failed

The device answered the last read with an error for the whole object (see Snapshot::note).

Unreachable

The device didn’t answer the last request.

Stopped

The watch ended (the hub shut down).

Gone

Nothing watches it any more: its device isn’t in the discovery table and WatchOptions::missing says not to wait for it (see Snapshot::note).
