#[non_exhaustive]pub enum EncodeError {
NoRoom {
needed: usize,
available: usize,
},
ReservedNetwork,
EmptySource,
AddressTooLong,
}Expand description
Why Npdu::encode_into refused an NPDU. Nothing was written.
It is #[non_exhaustive], so a new refusal isn’t a breaking change: a
match needs a wildcard arm.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
NoRoom
The buffer is shorter than the NPDU.
ReservedNetwork
A DNET of 0, or an SNET of 0 or 0xFFFF, which no decoder accepts.
EmptySource
An empty SADR.
AddressTooLong
A DADR or SADR longer than MAX_MAC_LEN.
