Snapshot of policy-outcome ownership (session-owned, bounded).

The session counts every classifier/policy outcome instead of dropping it silently. Sampled via policy_counters.

Fields

ingress_policy: u64

Ingress classifier outcomes owned by the session.

no_server_role: u64

Inbound requests with no server role (client-only).

no_client_role: u64

Terminal responses with no client/notification role.

unclaimed_terminal: u64

Terminal responses no lease claimed (unknown/peer/service/policy).

responder_declined: u64

Responder declined (group/unsupported/closed).
