A set_pin request: the manager getting a credential + the new PIN + the proof of authority.

Fields§

§employee_party_id: Uuid§new_pin: String

Digits only; length must fall inside the policy window.

§current: Option<ManagerAuth>

Proof of authority to set: the SAME manager’s current PIN (self-change) or ANOTHER manager’s verified PIN (supervised change). None is accepted only from a credential administrator (admin).

§admin: bool

The composing service vouches that the caller administers credentials: it may set a PIN without a manager’s proof — the first PIN of a unit, or a reset.

§source_ip: Option<String>

Who is attempting, for the throttle ring and the attempt trail: the authenticated caller.
