Expand description

A ticket header as the printed receipt reads it (register name/currency joined in). tax_rate is the EFFECTIVE rate derived from the ticket’s own totals — the register’s flat tax_rate column is retired from the compute path, so the slip reports what the document-grade compute actually produced. is_invoiced derives from the billing link (never a stored state column).
