Keyset paging: the position of this page’s last row, for the next page’s after=. None when the page is empty or no more rows follow.

prev_cursor: Option<String>

Keyset paging: the position of this page’s first row, for the previous page’s before=.

has_more: Option<bool>

Whether another page follows (fetched with limit+1, so it is known without a count).

count_mode: String

How total came to be: “exact” (counted), “estimate” (the planner’s row estimate — estimate=1 asked for it), or “none” (a cursor walk without an estimate; the exact figure is the separate count call).
