Variants§

§

Allow

A token was consumed from every quota on the effect — the call proceeds.

§

Deny

At least one quota is exhausted. The caller applies on_exhausted: block (fail the step), defer (reschedule to retry_at, §72.d), or shed (skip the call, §72.d).
