Variants

MissingOutcome

The Truth’s Intent: block is missing or has no outcome/goal text. An IntentPacket needs a non-empty outcome to drive resolution.

ExpiryParse

The Authority: expires field was present but could not be parsed as an RFC-3339 timestamp or YYYY-MM-DD date.
