Checks whether the task has been interrupted without clearing the flag.

This is a non-consuming read, unlike Self::take_interrupt. Use this when the interrupt flag needs to remain set for subsequent consumers (e.g., an crate::future::interruptible future wrapper).

Interrupts the task.

Captures the interruption publications visible before a safe-point scan.
