pub struct CheckCapacityFluentBuilder { /* private fields */ }
Expand description
Fluent builder constructing a request to CheckCapacity
.
Returns the web ACL capacity unit (WCU) requirements for a specified scope and set of rules. You can use this to check the capacity requirements for the rules you want to use in a RuleGroup
or WebACL
.
WAF uses WCUs to calculate and control the operating resources that are used to run your rules, rule groups, and web ACLs. WAF calculates capacity differently for each rule type, to reflect the relative cost of each rule. Simple rules that cost little to run use fewer WCUs than more complex rules that use more processing power. Rule group capacity is fixed at creation, which helps users plan their web ACL WCU usage when they use a rule group. For more information, see WAF web ACL capacity units (WCU) in the WAF Developer Guide.
Implementations§
source§impl CheckCapacityFluentBuilder
impl CheckCapacityFluentBuilder
sourcepub fn as_input(&self) -> &CheckCapacityInputBuilder
pub fn as_input(&self) -> &CheckCapacityInputBuilder
Access the CheckCapacity as a reference.
sourcepub async fn send(
self
) -> Result<CheckCapacityOutput, SdkError<CheckCapacityError, HttpResponse>>
pub async fn send( self ) -> Result<CheckCapacityOutput, SdkError<CheckCapacityError, HttpResponse>>
Sends the request and returns the response.
If an error occurs, an SdkError
will be returned with additional details that
can be matched against.
By default, any retryable failures will be retried twice. Retry behavior is configurable with the RetryConfig, which can be set when configuring the client.
sourcepub fn customize(
self
) -> CustomizableOperation<CheckCapacityOutput, CheckCapacityError, Self>
pub fn customize( self ) -> CustomizableOperation<CheckCapacityOutput, CheckCapacityError, Self>
Consumes this builder, creating a customizable operation that can be modified before being sent.
sourcepub fn scope(self, input: Scope) -> Self
pub fn scope(self, input: Scope) -> Self
Specifies whether this is for an Amazon CloudFront distribution or for a regional application. A regional application can be an Application Load Balancer (ALB), an Amazon API Gateway REST API, an AppSync GraphQL API, an Amazon Cognito user pool, an App Runner service, or an Amazon Web Services Verified Access instance.
To work with CloudFront, you must also specify the Region US East (N. Virginia) as follows:
-
CLI - Specify the Region when you use the CloudFront scope:
--scope=CLOUDFRONT --region=us-east-1
. -
API and SDKs - For all calls, use the Region endpoint us-east-1.
sourcepub fn set_scope(self, input: Option<Scope>) -> Self
pub fn set_scope(self, input: Option<Scope>) -> Self
Specifies whether this is for an Amazon CloudFront distribution or for a regional application. A regional application can be an Application Load Balancer (ALB), an Amazon API Gateway REST API, an AppSync GraphQL API, an Amazon Cognito user pool, an App Runner service, or an Amazon Web Services Verified Access instance.

sourcepub fn get_scope(&self) -> &Option<Scope>
pub fn get_scope(&self) -> &Option<Scope>
Specifies whether this is for an Amazon CloudFront distribution or for a regional application. A regional application can be an Application Load Balancer (ALB), an Amazon API Gateway REST API, an AppSync GraphQL API, an Amazon Cognito user pool, an App Runner service, or an Amazon Web Services Verified Access instance.

sourcepub fn rules(self, input: Rule) -> Self
pub fn rules(self, input: Rule) -> Self
Appends an item to Rules
.
To override the contents of this collection use set_rules
.
An array of Rule
that you're configuring to use in a rule group or web ACL.
