Fluent builder constructing a request to DescribeUser.

Describes the user assigned to the specific file transfer protocol-enabled server, as identified by its ServerId property.

The response from this call returns the properties of the user associated with the ServerId value that was specified.

If an error occurs, an SdkError will be returned with additional details that can be matched against.

By default, any retryable failures will be retried twice. Retry behavior is configurable with the RetryConfig, which can be set when configuring the client.
