source · [−]pub struct CreateOpsMetadata<C = DynConnector, M = DefaultMiddleware, R = Standard> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description
Fluent builder constructing a request to CreateOpsMetadata
.
If you create a new application in Application Manager, Amazon Web Services Systems Manager calls this API operation to specify information about the new application, including the application type.
Implementations

C: SmithyConnector,
M: SmithyMiddleware<C>,

R: NewRequestPolicy,
pub async fn send(
self
) -> Result<CreateOpsMetadataOutput, SdkError<CreateOpsMetadataError>> where
R::Policy: SmithyRetryPolicy<CreateOpsMetadataInputOperationOutputAlias, CreateOpsMetadataOutput, CreateOpsMetadataError, CreateOpsMetadataInputOperationRetryAlias>,
pub async fn send(
self
) -> Result<CreateOpsMetadataOutput, SdkError<CreateOpsMetadataError>> where
R::Policy: SmithyRetryPolicy<CreateOpsMetadataInputOperationOutputAlias, CreateOpsMetadataOutput, CreateOpsMetadataError, CreateOpsMetadataInputOperationRetryAlias>,
Sends the request and returns the response.
If an error occurs, an SdkError
will be returned with additional details that
can be matched against.
By default, any retryable failures will be retried twice. Retry behavior is configurable with the RetryConfig, which can be set when configuring the client.

Optional metadata that you assign to a resource. You can specify a maximum of five tags for an OpsMetadata object. Tags enable you to categorize a resource in different ways, such as by purpose, owner, or environment. For example, you might want to tag an OpsMetadata object to identify an environment or target Amazon Web Services Region. In this case, you could specify the following key-value pairs:
-
Key=Environment,Value=Production
-
Key=Region,Value=us-east-2
