Fluent builder constructing a request to DescribeEndpointConfig.

Returns the description of an endpoint configuration created using the CreateEndpointConfig API.

By default, any retryable failures will be retried twice. Retry behavior is configurable with the RetryConfig, which can be set when configuring the client.
