}
Expand description
A transform operation that casts a column to a different type.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. }
syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..
; and struct update syntax will not work.column_name: String
Column name.
new_column_type: ColumnDataType
New column data type.
sub_type: Option<ColumnDataSubType>
The sub data type of the new column. Sub types are only available for decimal columns that are part of a SPICE dataset.
format: Option<String>
When casting a column from string to datetime type, you can supply a string in a format supported by Amazon QuickSight to denote the source data format.
