ENABLED_PENDING_REBOOT - The feature is enabled on the instance but requires a reboot to take effect.
DISABLED_PENDING_REBOOT - The feature is disabled on the instance but requires a reboot to take effect.
UNKNOWN - The feature status couldn't be determined.
