Struct aws_sdk_datasync::operation::create_location_s3::builders::CreateLocationS3FluentBuilder
source · pub struct CreateLocationS3FluentBuilder { /* private fields */ }
Expand description
Fluent builder constructing a request to CreateLocationS3
.
Creates a transfer location for an Amazon S3 bucket. DataSync can use this location as a source or destination for transferring data.
Before you begin, make sure that you read the following topics:
For more information, see Configuring transfers with Amazon S3.
Implementations§
source§impl CreateLocationS3FluentBuilder
impl CreateLocationS3FluentBuilder
sourcepub fn as_input(&self) -> &CreateLocationS3InputBuilder
pub fn as_input(&self) -> &CreateLocationS3InputBuilder
Access the CreateLocationS3 as a reference.
sourcepub async fn send(
self,
) -> Result<CreateLocationS3Output, SdkError<CreateLocationS3Error, HttpResponse>>
pub async fn send( self, ) -> Result<CreateLocationS3Output, SdkError<CreateLocationS3Error, HttpResponse>>
Sends the request and returns the response.
If an error occurs, an SdkError
will be returned with additional details that
can be matched against.
By default, any retryable failures will be retried twice. Retry behavior is configurable with the RetryConfig, which can be set when configuring the client.
sourcepub fn customize(
self,
) -> CustomizableOperation<CreateLocationS3Output, CreateLocationS3Error, Self>
pub fn customize( self, ) -> CustomizableOperation<CreateLocationS3Output, CreateLocationS3Error, Self>
Consumes this builder, creating a customizable operation that can be modified before being sent.
sourcepub fn subdirectory(self, input: impl Into<String>) -> Self
pub fn subdirectory(self, input: impl Into<String>) -> Self
Specifies a prefix in the S3 bucket that DataSync reads from or writes to (depending on whether the bucket is a source or destination location).
DataSync can't transfer objects with a prefix that begins with a slash (/
) or includes //
, /./
, or /../
patterns. For example:
-
/photos
-
photos//2006/January
-
photos/./2006/February
-
photos/../2006/March
sourcepub fn set_subdirectory(self, input: Option<String>) -> Self
pub fn set_subdirectory(self, input: Option<String>) -> Self
Specifies a prefix in the S3 bucket that DataSync reads from or writes to (depending on whether the bucket is a source or destination location).
DataSync can't transfer objects with a prefix that begins with a slash (/
) or includes //
, /./
, or /../
patterns. For example:
-
/photos
-
photos//2006/January
-
photos/./2006/February
-
photos/../2006/March
sourcepub fn get_subdirectory(&self) -> &Option<String>
pub fn get_subdirectory(&self) -> &Option<String>
Specifies a prefix in the S3 bucket that DataSync reads from or writes to (depending on whether the bucket is a source or destination location).
DataSync can't transfer objects with a prefix that begins with a slash (/
) or includes //
, /./
, or /../
patterns. For example:
-
/photos
-
photos//2006/January
-
photos/./2006/February
-
photos/../2006/March
sourcepub fn s3_bucket_arn(self, input: impl Into<String>) -> Self
pub fn s3_bucket_arn(self, input: impl Into<String>) -> Self
Specifies the ARN of the S3 bucket that you want to use as a location. (When creating your DataSync task later, you specify whether this location is a transfer source or destination.)
If your S3 bucket is located on an Outposts resource, you must specify an Amazon S3 access point. For more information, see Managing data access with Amazon S3 access points in the Amazon S3 User Guide.
sourcepub fn set_s3_bucket_arn(self, input: Option<String>) -> Self
pub fn set_s3_bucket_arn(self, input: Option<String>) -> Self
Specifies the ARN of the S3 bucket that you want to use as a location. (When creating your DataSync task later, you specify whether this location is a transfer source or destination.)
If your S3 bucket is located on an Outposts resource, you must specify an Amazon S3 access point. For more information, see Managing data access with Amazon S3 access points in the Amazon S3 User Guide.
sourcepub fn get_s3_bucket_arn(&self) -> &Option<String>
pub fn get_s3_bucket_arn(&self) -> &Option<String>
Specifies the ARN of the S3 bucket that you want to use as a location. (When creating your DataSync task later, you specify whether this location is a transfer source or destination.)
If your S3 bucket is located on an Outposts resource, you must specify an Amazon S3 access point. For more information, see Managing data access with Amazon S3 access points in the Amazon S3 User Guide.
sourcepub fn s3_storage_class(self, input: S3StorageClass) -> Self
pub fn s3_storage_class(self, input: S3StorageClass) -> Self
Specifies the storage class that you want your objects to use when Amazon S3 is a transfer destination.
For buckets in Amazon Web Services Regions, the storage class defaults to STANDARD
. For buckets on Outposts, the storage class defaults to OUTPOSTS
.
For more information, see Storage class considerations with Amazon S3 transfers.
sourcepub fn set_s3_storage_class(self, input: Option<S3StorageClass>) -> Self
pub fn set_s3_storage_class(self, input: Option<S3StorageClass>) -> Self
Specifies the storage class that you want your objects to use when Amazon S3 is a transfer destination.
For buckets in Amazon Web Services Regions, the storage class defaults to STANDARD
. For buckets on Outposts, the storage class defaults to OUTPOSTS
.
For more information, see Storage class considerations with Amazon S3 transfers.
sourcepub fn get_s3_storage_class(&self) -> &Option<S3StorageClass>
pub fn get_s3_storage_class(&self) -> &Option<S3StorageClass>
Specifies the storage class that you want your objects to use when Amazon S3 is a transfer destination.

.
For more information, see Storage class considerations with Amazon S3 transfers.
sourcepub fn s3_config(self, input: S3Config) -> Self
pub fn s3_config(self, input: S3Config) -> Self
Specifies the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) role that DataSync uses to access your S3 bucket.
For more information, see Accessing S3 buckets.
sourcepub fn set_s3_config(self, input: Option<S3Config>) -> Self
pub fn set_s3_config(self, input: Option<S3Config>) -> Self
