Projected content for a PATCH artifact: the remediation patch for one repository, with the descriptors needed to verify and apply it and the state of its delivery to the customer’s own bucket or repository.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.patch: StringThe patch exactly as stored, unmodified. Control Plane accepted it only as a text unified diff, so git apply applies it.
format: Option<PatchFormat>The patch’s wire format, read from the patch itself, which determines how to apply it. Absent when the patch starts with neither a git mailbox header nor a diff --git header.
repository_name: Option<String>The repository the patch applies to, as named in the source snapshot it was generated against.
patch_sha256: StringSHA-256 of the patch’s UTF-8 bytes in lowercase hex, computed by Control Plane when it stored the patch. Lets a caller confirm the patch it applies is byte-for-byte the one that was reviewed. Computed over the patch bytes, so it is verifiable against patch without trusting this value.
size_bytes: i64Size of the patch in UTF-8 bytes, the unit the digest is computed over.
delivery: Option<PatchDelivery>Delivery of the patch to the customer’s bucket or repository. Absent when the artifact has no delivery destination.
Implementations§
Source§impl PatchBody
impl PatchBody
Sourcepub fn patch(&self) -> &str
pub fn patch(&self) -> &str
The patch exactly as stored, unmodified. Control Plane accepted it only as a text unified diff, so git apply applies it.
Sourcepub fn format(&self) -> Option<&PatchFormat>
pub fn format(&self) -> Option<&PatchFormat>
The patch’s wire format, read from the patch itself, which determines how to apply it. Absent when the patch starts with neither a git mailbox header nor a diff --git header.
Sourcepub fn repository_name(&self) -> Option<&str>
pub fn repository_name(&self) -> Option<&str>
The repository the patch applies to, as named in the source snapshot it was generated against.
Sourcepub fn patch_sha256(&self) -> &str
pub fn patch_sha256(&self) -> &str
SHA-256 of the patch’s UTF-8 bytes in lowercase hex, computed by Control Plane when it stored the patch. Lets a caller confirm the patch it applies is byte-for-byte the one that was reviewed. Computed over the patch bytes, so it is verifiable against patch without trusting this value.
Sourcepub fn size_bytes(&self) -> i64
pub fn size_bytes(&self) -> i64
Size of the patch in UTF-8 bytes, the unit the digest is computed over.
Sourcepub fn delivery(&self) -> Option<&PatchDelivery>
pub fn delivery(&self) -> Option<&PatchDelivery>
Delivery of the patch to the customer’s bucket or repository. Absent when the artifact has no delivery destination.

Source§fn fg(&self, value: Color) -> Painted<&T>
fn fg(&self, value: Color) -> Painted<&T>
Returns a styled value derived from self with the foreground set to
value.
This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use color-specific
builder methods like red() and
green(), which have the same functionality but are
pithier.
§Example
Set foreground color to white using fg():
use yansi::{Paint, Color};
painted.fg(Color::White);Set foreground color to white using white().

fn bg(&self, value: Color) -> Painted<&T>
Returns a styled value derived from self with the background set to

This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use color-specific
builder methods like on_red() and
on_green(), which have the same functionality but
are pithier.
§Example
Set background color to red using fg():
use yansi::{Paint, Color};

fn attr(&self, value: Attribute) -> Painted<&T>
Enables the styling Attribute value.
This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use
attribute-specific builder methods like bold() and
underline(), which have the same functionality
but are pithier.
§Example
Make text bold using attr():
use yansi::{Paint, Attribute};
painted.attr(Attribute::Bold);Make text bold using using bold().

Source§fn quirk(&self, value: Quirk) -> Painted<&T>
fn quirk(&self, value: Quirk) -> Painted<&T>
Enables the yansi Quirk value.
This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use quirk-specific
builder methods like mask() and
wrap(), which have the same functionality but are
pithier.
§Example
Enable wrapping using .quirk():
use yansi::{Paint, Quirk};
painted.quirk(Quirk::Wrap);Enable wrapping using wrap().
use yansi::Paint;
painted.wrap();Source§fn clear(&self) -> Painted<&T>
👎Deprecated since 1.0.1: renamed to resetting() due to conflicts with Vec::clear().
The clear() method will be removed in a future release.
fn clear(&self) -> Painted<&T>
renamed to resetting() due to conflicts with Vec::clear().
The clear() method will be removed in a future release.
Source§fn whenever(&self, value: Condition) -> Painted<&T>
fn whenever(&self, value: Condition) -> Painted<&T>
Conditionally enable styling based on whether the Condition value
applies. Replaces any previous condition.
See the crate level docs for more details.
§Example
Enable styling painted only when both stdout and stderr are TTYs:
use yansi::{Paint, Condition};
painted.red().on_yellow().whenever(Condition::STDOUTERR_ARE_TTY);
